The Best Queso Dip That Ever Lived

Yesterday's post about the Asiago Stuffed Mushrooms was great - but today's recipe is my fave! 

If you look back at all of the recipes I've posted - almost all have one thing in common. 


How could I not love yummy melted cheese the most?

This queso dip is literally what I live for. 

Love how simple the ingredients are:
Velveeta Cheese (32 oz)
Cream Cheese (8oz)
A Can of Rotel
A Can of Cream of Mushroom
Ground Beef or Ground Sausage

So this may not be the healthiest dip - but it'd be great for a big party. I'm hoping GB finishes his mancave in time for a Superbowl party so I can make this again. 

(Don't worry, I was the head chef for this dish - I was not downgraded!)

First thing I did was chop up the Velveeta cheese. Even though it tastes good - I can't help but be super creeped out by it. Look at it. It's spooky. 

 I tossed this and the following ingredients in the slow cooker on medium for approximately an hour. 

Next I chopped and added cream cheese. 

Then the can of Rotel. 

Don't forget the Cream of Mushroom soup. 

While this starts melting together - brown the ground beef and toss in together. 

After an hour it was ready to go. 

This dip makes the biggest serving ever - so make sure you make this for a large group. I still have leftovers in my fridge. I need to get rid of it asap otherwise those few expected holiday pounds turns into a few too many.
